We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our as a Client Success Officer, who will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our regional clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with regular progress updates
Manage client expectations by addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the project lifecycle
Prepare project proposals and manage project budgets
Provide timely and accurate reports on project status and client feedback
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a web development or related industry
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Excellent command of Arabic language is definitely an advantage
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Data analytics skills and market research experience would be an added advantage
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Prior experience working with government entities in the UAE is preferred
