Job Details

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator cum Researcher to join our Vancouver office. The role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills who can manage local and global projects, assist in primary/secondary research, and act as a bridge between internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities:

Project Coordination
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Serve as the liaison between clients, internal teams (tech, research, marketing), and external stakeholders.
Prepare project documentation including project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
Assist in proposal writing, client communication, and milestone tracking.
Ensure project adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Research Support
Conduct primary and secondary research including surveys, interviews, online research, and literature reviews.
Analyze data and prepare research summaries and actionable insights.
Support in drafting reports, white papers, and presentations for clients and internal use.
Monitor trends in technology, healthcare, data governance, and other sectors relevant to Timesworld’s projects.

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Communications, or related fields.
2-4 years of experience in project coordination or research roles.

Experience in market research, analytics, or consulting will be an advantage.
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French an added advantage)
Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team.
